Microsoft HelperYour friendly guide to Microsoft 365

About

We make Microsoft 365 click.

Microsoft Helper is a friendly, independent blog with one job: help everyday people get more out of Microsoft 365.

Why this site exists

Microsoft 365 is enormous — Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, and a dozen other apps that quietly ship new features every month. Most people only use a tiny fraction of what's there, and the official help docs can feel like reading a phone book.

We write the kind of guides we wish we had: short, friendly, screenshot-heavy, and focused on the real problems people hit at work.

What you'll find here

  • Tutorials — step-by-step walkthroughs for common tasks.
  • Troubleshooting — fixes for the errors that won't go away.
  • Tips & shortcuts — small habits that save hours a week.
  • What's new — plain-English summaries of recent updates.

Who's behind it

Microsoft Helper is written by a long-time Microsoft 365 user who got tired of sending the same fixes to friends and family over and over.
